"Over 20 years, we've personally bought 3, and sold 2, homes with Jay McCoy. So when it came to my parents moving from out of state to lovely Northern Colorado, we suggested Jay. Jay spent a bunch of time with my parents to answer questions, explain the market, and just give them a feel for the area. My parents worked with Jay remotely for about 3 months before finding their new home. There were a few other places of interest they explored but for various reasons didn't pan out in the end but Jay was helpful, patient, and empathetic throughout each one.
